By registering on the Talloki app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Talloki reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of any changes.


2. Service Description

Talloki connects users with professional beauty service providers offering a range of services at:

- Their own place of business or  

- The client’s designated location.


Both parties must ensure a safe and clean environment for the services to be delivered effectively.


3. Appointment Booking

- Users can book beauty appointments through the app by selecting their preferred service, date, time, and location.

- Booking details, including the service provider's name, appointment time, and location, will be available in the app’s Appointment Details section.  

- Users are responsible for providing accurate information to avoid booking conflicts or service disruptions.


4. Payment Policy

Talloki offers a seamless payment gateway for secure transactions.

- Payments for services must be made in full through the app at the time of booking or after service completion, as specified by the service provider.  

- Talloki is not responsible for any offline payment agreements between the user and the service provider.


 5. Location Sharing

To ensure accurate and timely service delivery, Talloki requires access to the location of both the service provider and the customer

- Service providers must share their business or current location.  

- Customers must share the correct service address for home appointments.


Location data is used solely for facilitating appointments and will not be shared with third parties without consent.


6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

- Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled within the app.  

- Any cancellation fees or refund policies will be outlined at the time of booking and are subject to the service provider's discretion.


7. User Responsibilities

- Users must ensure that their booking information, contact details, and location are accurate and up to date.  

- Both users and service providers must adhere to professional conduct during appointments.


8. Liability Disclaimer

Talloki acts as a platform connecting users with beauty service providers and is not liable for:

- Any disputes, damages, or unsatisfactory services rendered.  

- Personal injuries or property damage occurring during appointments.


Users are advised to report any issues through the app's support feature for resolution.


9. Termination of Services

Talloki reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these terms, misuse of the platform, or inappropriate behaviour.
